1. How do I enrol?
 
The first thing you have to do is register with the system.
To do so, use the link “Register” on the main page of the pre-enrolment website.

2. How do I register?
 
You must fill in the user registration form:



- If you are a UPC student and you have access to any of its learning intranets, you can use your username and password to do so.

- If you are not a UPC student, you will have to supply a valid e-mail address.

When you have confirmed your details with the “Register” link, you will receive an e-mail with a link to “Confirm your account”. Non-UPC students must follow this step to obtain their passwords. Remember that in such cases your username will be the e-mail address you used to register.

The e-mail that you receive will have the following format:

Remember to use the “Activate account” link. If you fail to do so, you will not be able to continue with the pre-enrolment.

3. My UPC intranet username is not recognised
 
- Are you a registered user? If the answer is NO, see the previous section.
- Have you activated your account? If the answer is NO, see the previous section.
- There is a dot (“.”) between your NAME and SURNAME in your intranet username.
- UPC intranet passwords must be changed every three months. If yours is older, you must change it to make it valid.

5. How do I send applications?
 
There is a button under “Application management -> Applications”, "Course applied for " section, for sending them.
If the study has an associated selected pre-enrolment fee, the system does not "send request" until payment has been effective ("Pay" button)

6. Do I have to accept/reject decisions?
 
It is important to do so if you are accepted on more than one course. This information will be extremely useful to the organisers of the course, because this means they can then allocate free places to other candidates.

7. I am unable to change the order of preference of my applications
 
You can only change the order of preference of your applications if they are in the “IN PROCESS” status. Once you have sent them for confirmation, the order of preference cannot be changed.

8. I cannot find my university
 
From “Contact” send an e-mail with your university’s details (name, country and website). In the subject field, write “Problems with the application”.

9. I want to apply for a course but I cannot find it
 
Possible reasons:

- The pre-enrolment for the course you wish to apply for is not open.

- The pre-enrolment period has ended.

10. How do I modify my applications?
 
You can do so from the “Applications” screen. Click on the “Modify” button of the application in question.
Remember that you can only modify applications in the “IN PROCESS” status. In other statuses you can only attach documents.

11. How can I change my password or e-mail address?
 
Under “Personal details -> Authentication details” there is a button for both of these actions.

- To change your password:
First, you will have to enter your current password, and then enter your new one.
You will be asked to repeat it to make sure you have typed it correctly.

- To change your e-mail address:
You will have to enter your new address and your current one.
You will be asked to repeat it to make sure you have typed it correctly.
Click on the button marked 2 in the image. The system will send you an e-mail to the first address to confirm the change of address. You will have to click on the link in the mail to complete the confirmation.

Remember that if you confirm via LDAP and you wish to perform either of the above actions, you will have to use the link marked 3 in the image.
